What Is Truck and Bus Regulation Reporting?

Who May Need to Report?

Who May Not Need to Report?
Certain vehicles may not be subject to Truck and Bus Regulation reporting through TRUCRS. This can include vehicles outside the applicable diesel-vehicle requirements, such as battery-electric, fuel-cell, and gasoline-only vehicles.
Other vehicle categories may also be subject to different requirements or exemptions, including certain personal-use motorhomes and recreational vehicles, emergency vehicles, transit vehicles, and public agency or utility vehicles.
